Long-tailed and legless

Here’s a pub character who literally is legless – but not in the way you would expect. He can still manage to walk along the top of the bar, though...

    I like cats (have one myself) as they have a certain "couldn't care less attitude" which I don't have in my life. Guess I'm jealous. Definitely coming back as a well looked after cat.

    As for the final point - quite!
